SHIPPING METHODS

Orders from the European Union are shipped worldwide through DHL Parcel our affiliated parcel delivery company.

Please note that we cannot ship to post office mailboxes. In the case of partial shipments, only a charge will be made for the cost of shipping.

The processing and delivery of orders is carried out in our main business hours, from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., European Central Time. The merchandise will be ready for shipment one business day, at the most, after receiving the payment.

STATUS FOLLOW-UP

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with the DHL tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving this email through the link.

CHANGES

We hope you are comfortable with your order. If for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied, you can change any purchase (including outlet items) within 15 days after the date of receipt.

HOW TO CHANGE AN FULL ARTICLE OR ORDER

STEP 1

Contact our Customer Service team to reserve a new size you want, through the email address changes@m47modas.com

STEP 2

Using the Exchange and Returns form found in your client area of the web, indicate which items you want to change and the corresponding reason.

STEP 3

Place the Exchange and Returns form with the items you wish to exchange within the original package.

STEP 4

Attach the label for sending the change (which you received with your order) to the package and close the package correctly

STEP 5

Search through this link, or on the web www.DHL.com your nearest DHL service point https://www.dhlparcel.es/es/particulares/recibir-un-envio/dhl- servicepoints.html, and deliver it.

STEP 6

Once we receive the package, we will confirm receipt.

STEP 7

The previously reserved exchange item will be dispatched immediately.

CONDITIONS FOR CHANGES

  • We can only change items without failures that are in their original state, that have not been used, altered or washed, and that have all the attached labels.
  • Only the same item can be exchanged for a different size. We cannot exchange items for another color or for a different product, in the case of not having the size you need, the return of the item would be made free of charge.
  • Please note that we can only change the same item for a different size once.
  • Products must be returned in a package. We reserve the right to refuse various returns of the same order sent at different times.
  • Exchange shipments must be made using the same original shipping service (DHL)
  • We can only accept changes from the country to which the order was originally sent. For example, orders sent to Belgium must be returned from Belgium; otherwise, unfortunately the change will be charged (import and shipping fees will be charged).
  • Custom items cannot be returned. If you need more help or have any questions, contact the Customer Service team (customercare@m47modas.com)

STEP 1

Using the Exchange and returns form attached, indicate which items you wish to exchange and the corresponding reason.

STEP 2

Place the Exchange and returns form with the items you wish to exchange within the original package.

STEP 3

Attach the label for sending the change (which you received with your order) to the package and close the package correctly

STEP 4

Search through this link, or on the web www.DHL.com your nearest DHL service point https://www.dhlparcel.es/es/particulares/recibir-un-envio/dhl-servicepoints.html and deliver it.

STEP 5

Once we receive the package, we will confirm receipt and proceed to return the amount of the item and / or order using the same payment method that was used in the purchase, discounting the shipping costs according to the following table:
