Withdrawal conditions:
1st. It is necessary that the product be returned in its original packaging.
2º Products that have been made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized will not be returned.
3º The refund of the amount paid will take place no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise . We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the election by you of a delivery method other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery we offer) .
